Installations Plus is pleased to offer the following services:

Complete Guestroom Installations

Installations Plus will order, receive, unpack, and professionally install your complete guest room packages, including but not limited to, armoires, credenzas, nightstands, headboards, desks, desk chairs, televisions, beds and bedding, lounge chairs, sofas, artwork, mirrors, lighting, patio furniture, and operating supplies. All rooms are inspected for detailed placement of items prior to the punch process.

Bed Switch-Outs

Installations Plus offers a swift and professional manner to installing your new bed sets, while at the same time, removing the existing bed sets from your rooms. This can be done with rooms out of service or occupied using a knock-and-enter routine. (Up to 100 sets per day.)

Soft Goods

While some properties prefer to renovate all items at the same time, others may opt to do partial renovations, sometimes consisting of seating, lighting artwork, mirrors, and bedding only. We are experienced in conducting such renovations in a timely manner in order not to disturb the guest stay or interrupt hotel operations.

Plasma and LCD Flat Panels

As tube style televisions are fading out, more hotels are turning to plasma and LCD flat panel televisions. Whether the installation consists of being mounted to the existing credenza/armoire or being attached to the wall using swivel or stationary mounts, Installations Plus has proven time and time again to being careful and precise with the installation, connections, and setup of these highly sensitive electronics.

Restaurant/Banquet FF&E

Installations Plus is experienced with the installation of tables, chairs, banquets, host/hostess stands, wine racks, artwork, lighting, kitchen equipment, banquet tables, stacking chairs, and operating supplies (i.e., dishes, flatware, trays, dollies, carts, and more).

Executive Offices

Installations Plus is pleased to receive, unpack, and install new office furnishings consisting of executive desks, returns, credenzas, desk chairs, guest chairs, file cabinets, shelving units, and book cases.

Outside and Poolside Furniture

Benches, tables, chairs, lounge chairs, umbrellas, side tables, cigarette urns, as well as other outside items, will be received, unpacked, assembled, and placed appropriately.

Hotel Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E)

Installations Plus will receive your front desk supplies, room amenities, housekeeping supplies, engineering supplies, and restaurant supplies. These items can be received, unpacked, and separated for quick distribution or placed in their appropriate storage areas for later use.

Rough and Final Guest Room Cleaning

We are pleased to offer our cleaning service to your project. Installations Plus can perform a rough clean after general construction has finished in order to get the rooms ready for FF&E installation and finishes. Once the rooms are complete, a final cleaning will be performed in detail to ready the rooms for your staff to enter.

Removal of Existing FF&E (Liquidation)

Installations Plus has extensive experience in the liquidation of the existing FF&E. We can assist your liquidation company by removing the existing items from the guest rooms and relocating them to a designated area for pickup. This limits the number of construction personnel traveling through the hotel.

In addition, if a liquidator has not been chosen, Installations Plus can utilize our nationwide resources to help you find a competent and reliable liquidator to remove the existing FF&E.
